Terms and conditions for all current special offers and promotions are published on this page.

  • All promotion start & end times are published at the local Sydney (AEST/AEDT) time.
  • Promotions are not available in conjunction with promo codes & offers. Any promo codes applied during a consumer promotion apply the promo code discount/ value to the original price-RRP, not the sale price.
  • Promotions generally do not apply to "New" products, Monster range, membership packs & 3rd-party products including but not limited to model cars/ books/ prints, etc..., and some limited-edition items unless stated.
  • Promo codes must be entered at the check-out page to have the discount applied.
  • Sale items cannot be refunded.

PROMO CODES - GENERAL

Promo codes are available for use at any time and are always calculated against an item/order original RRP. Orders must meet the following criteria to be eligible for the use of a Promo Code:

  • Promo codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise specifically stated.
  • Promo codes are non-transferable and must be used in a single checkout process.
  • Promo codes do not apply to shipping costs and handling fees.
  • Partner discount codes are not applicable to New Era caps.

Tickford Racing Team Official Merchandise Shop reserves the right to verify the validity of the promotional discount code and may at its sole discretion cancel orders or refuse to fulfil orders where the discount code has been used by a non-qualifying member.

HOT LAP GIVEAWAY

To enter, simply subscribe to our newsletter and place any order over $99 between 12:01AM EST July 1st until Midnight EST Sunday August 18th and receive one entry to win a free hot lap on ride day. If you are already subscribed – no need to subscribe again. Simply make a purchase during the promotional period to go in the draw. 

Note: Competition is open to all of Australia except residents from South Australia (S.A.) who will be ineligible to enter the Hot Lap Competition.

Every order equates to one entry. For example; Make three purchases during the promotional period then you have three chances to win.

Tickford ride day is Monday 16th September Sandown VIC or Tuesday 26th November Qld Raceway.

Winner must be available for these dates as there is no opportunity to change dates.

Estimated total Prize value is $500

Winner is selected at random & notified via email on Tuesday 19th August 5PM EST.

Prize does not include transport to and from the event and excludes accommodation. This is solely up to the winner to organise.

As a rule, the fireproof suits we provide are up to a maximum XL size. To ensure the safety of passengers, they must adhere to the below measurements and age restrictions. Important to note, the new Gen3 cars require a greater level of flexibility by the passenger to get into and out of the vehicle given the small access window. This needs to be taken into account for passengers potentially participating in a ride.

Winner must also meet the following restrictions for the hot laps:

  • Participants must be 18 years over
  • No taller than HEIGHT: 182.8cm (6')
  • Weigh no more than WEIGHT: 90kgs (198lbs)
  • Must not be larger than: Waist – 115cm (45 inches) Hips – 130cm (51 inches)
  • Participants must be medically fit and sign a public liability waiver prior to undertaking their passenger ride. (Full ride day terms and conditions will be sent to the winner).
  • Guests are to wear flat, closed toe shoes (no high heels) and must wear socks.

Note: The space to enter the race car is quite narrow so getting in and out is not always an easy task.

We will also provide passengers with a verbal briefing, and demonstrate any steps to be taken by the participant in the event of an emergency whilst they are in the vehicle.

TPF Sports takes no responsibility for any injury, loss or damage during the hot lap or to and from the venue. All winners ride at their own risk.

Winner will be notified by either phone or email and their name placed on the website.

Prizes are not transferrable for cash or store credit. Dates cannot be changed.
